Shipping, Exchanges and Returns
Studio turnaround time vary from 2 to 7 business days.
Then follow the shipping time of Canada Post which vary from 2 to 5 working days for shipments made in Canada. Please note that in certain remote areas or during periods of high demands (December), these delays may be slightly longer.
- We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Within this time, contact us to take the necessary steps.
- Receipt of your return to the workshop must be within 14 days of contacting us.
- Return costs will be borne by the customer.
- Your refund will be made as soon as the jewel is received at the workshop.
- If a returned jewelry arrives in a condition that does not allow us to resell it (deformed, damaged, broken, worn) we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will contact you to follow up on the situation with you.
- Bespoke or clearance jewelry is not eligible for a refund.

- The delivery costs to return the jewel will be the responsibility of the customer.
