Although the workshop is based in Canada, we have been sending our packages all over the world for 10 years now.

Packages are sent by airmail in standard format without tracking number. If you wish to receive your purchase in a shorter time, write to us before completing your transaction in order to establish a new postal format.

Studio times vary between 3 and 7 business days depending on the season. But we make sure to prepare your order as quickly as possible, because we know that you can't wait to receive your new jewelry.

Next, you need to add postal delays. In Canada, it varies from 2 to 5 business days. Please note that in certain remote areas or during heavy traffic at Canada Post (December), this delay may be slightly longer.
