Returns and Refunds
  • We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Within this time, contact us to take the necessary steps.
  • Receipt of your return to the workshop must be within 14 days of contacting us.
  • Return costs will be borne by the customer.
  • Your refund will be made as soon as the jewel is received at the workshop.
  • If a returned jewelry arrives in a condition that does not allow us to resell it (deformed, damaged, broken, worn) we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will contact you to follow up on the situation with you.
  • Custom orders or clearance jewelry are not eligible for a refund.

 

 

Trades

  • We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Within this time, contact us to take the necessary steps.
  • The receipt of your jewelry at the workshop must be within 14 days after contacting us.
  • The delivery costs to return the jewelry will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Your exchange will be made within the usual workshop deadlines, varying from 2 to 7 working days.
  • Then follow the shipping time of Canada Post which vary from 2 to 5 working days for shipments made in Canada. Please note that in certain remote areas or during periods of high demands (December), these delays may be slightly longer.
  • If a returned jewelry arrives in a condition that does not allow us to exchange it (deformed, damaged, broken, worn) we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. We will contact you to follow up on the situation with you.
  • Custom orders or clearance jewelry are not eligible for an exchange.
