White Pine Cone necklace in oxidized silver

White Pine is a conifer native to Quebec and inhabiting eastern North America.

This tree can reach up to 25m in height and live 200 years.

This little cone comes from the top of this tree.

The tree having fallen during a big snowstorm at my place, I picked a branch which came from the head of the big Pine.

The oxidized silver cone measures just 1.5cm in height and is worn on an 18 inch oxidized silver or natural silver chain.
